Bake: Soft & Moist Banana Bread/Muffins

Total time: 30 mins
Servings: 12 muffins

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter (melted)
2 large eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
2 large brown bananas (mashed)

Step 1: Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, and grease/line 9x5 in bread pan or 12-cup muffin pan.

Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisked together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Step 3: Mix Wet Ingredients
In a separate large bowl, mix together white and brown sugar, butter, eggs, and sour cream. Add bananas and mix well.

Step 4: Combine Dry and Wet Ingredients
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not over mix. You will see lumps, and that’s OK!

Step 5: Fill Muffin Pan
Fill bread pan or muffin cups 3/4 full with batter.

Step 6: Bake
Bake at 400 degree Fahrenheit for 5 mins. Leaving the bread/muffin pan in the oven, turn down oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit for 10 mins, or until toothpick comes out clean.

Step 7: Cool and Enjoy!
Remove bread/muffin pan from oven. Let cool for 15 mins and enjoy!
