Preparation time:10 mins
Freezing time: 4+ hours (or more depending on your fridge)
Servings: 8 popsicles

Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream
3/4 can (about 10 oz) condensed milk (entire can if you like it sweeter)
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries

Step 1: Blend the Blackberries
In a blender, blend blackberries and condensed milk, until smooth. If you prefer fruit chunks in your ice cream, blend until it is almost smooth.

Step 2: Whisk the Cream
In a large bowl, whisk heavy cream and 2 tablespoon sugar until it reaches stiff peaks.

Step 4: Fill the Popsicle Mold
Fill popsicle mold, alternating between blended blackberries and cream. Depending on your desired aesthetics, you can stir a little before inserting popsicle sticks in.

Step 4: Freeze and Enjoy!
Freeze for about 4 hours or more (depending on your freezer). Run mold under water to release popsicle from the mold and enjoy!
