Yum: Plain Yogurt

Ingredients:
4 cups whole milk
8 oz condensed milk
4 fl.oz of plain Greek yogurt (ensure to have live and active cultures)
Step 1: Preparation
In a bowl, leave the plain Greek yogurt in room temperature for 1 hour.
Step 2: Mixture
In a pot, cook milk and condensed milk on medium fire. Stir the mixture well until it reaches about 180°F. Turn off the stove and let it cool down to 110°F, scoop 4 fl.oz of milk mixture into the bowl of plain Greek yogurt. Gently mix well, then slowly pour back into the milk mixture pot. Gently stir the mixture well until you no longer see chunks of Greek yogurt.
Step 3: Fermentation
Turn oven on WARM for 3 minutes then turn it off. Pour the mixture into jars, place the lids on. Arrange jars onto a baking tray. Place tray into the oven for about 6 hours (until the milk mixture thickens). During this time, maintain the mixture temperature at 110°F by turning oven on WARM for 1 minute every 1 hour.
Step 4: Chill, Serve, and Enjoy!
Chill in refrigerator to serve cold. Also can enjoy as a drink with or without ice and/or fruits!
Note: Store in refrigerator for 2 weeks
